Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

RENO VELA LLC offers the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: $5.99 for orders under $50
  • FREE for orders $50 and above

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $14.99 (regardless of order value)

Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Next business day
  • Cost: $24.99 (regardless of order value)
  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Overnight shipping options. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for Standard Shipping only and may require additional delivery time.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $50 or more before tax. This applies to the continental United States only. Hawaii and Alaska orders may incur additional shipping charges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look in common delivery areas (porch, mailbox, garage)
  • Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
  • Contact us at support@renovela.com if you still cannot locate your package

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to either replace the damaged items or provide a full refund. For lost packages, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.
